Executive Chef Thomas Hanson and Chef de Cuisine Hafid Chakri have created an exquisite multiple-course dinner to pair specifically with our wines. Our Regional Sales Manager Kate Stromberg will pour our 2006 Pinot Noir and our 2005 Merlot. You will also have the opportunity to try the 2004 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and 2003 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
