In the Pinot Noir program, we continued to monitor active fermentations and press tanks as they finished primary fermentation.
In our Merlot program, we continued pressing tanks as they finished primary fermentation. Our first tank finished malolactic fermentation. We should be close to pressed out by the end of next week.
I am more and more convinced that this will be one of the great vintages of recent decades.
