Currently, we are in the process of transferring the 2006 Merlot from barrels into tanks. From these tanks the wine will then be bottled and begin the last phase of the aging process before it is released in 2009. With the 2007 Merlot we are doing exactly the opposite – we are barreling down the wine. This is the process of transferring the wine from tanks to barrels.
