Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine we are only permitted to ship to certain states. Please contact us for more information on our shipping policies.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. All shipments are shipped FedEx 2 Day Air; please allow 5 -7 business days for normal delivery unless otherwise stated. To ensure that the quality of your wine is not comprised all shipments are made on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Freight and taxes (if appropriate) are calculated towards the end of the online ordering process. At this time we do not ship wine outside the United States.

Required Legal Notice
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Shipper requires verification of age at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. The order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. No delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Privacy
The shipping information related to an order (but not the purchase information) will be shared with the shipping company that Twomey Cellars uses for any given order. If an order is being shipped directly from one of Twomey Cellars partners rather than from the Twomey Cellars warehouse, the shipping information (but not the purchase information) will be shared with that partner.
