Sauvignon Blanc
Our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is grown on the 12-acre vineyard which surrounds our winery in Calistoga. The gravelly loam soil of this vineyard tames the vigorous nature of the variety, yielding fruit that is bright and naturally acidic. Aged sur lies for four months in a combination of French oak barrels, stainless steel drums and puncheons, the wine expresses the soil and sunny climate in which it was grown, with the minerality and freshness so becoming to this varietal.
